Morris's wallpaper designs are among the best known examples of his work and personally designed 46 designs and five ceiling papers throughout his career. Jeffrey & Co. of Islington in London printed his papers under the personal supervision of Metford Warner, the Managing Director who established a special department to handle the work. Morris remained closely involved in the production of his designs, choosing the colors and monitoring the printing. Archive Wallpapers is a selection of 11 iconic designs of the Morris & Co file.
