Chapter XII's multiple sources of inspiration share a common denominator: an imaginary journey through Italy, between interiors and exteriors, to explore new stylistic lines, combining iconic motifs and reinterpreted worlds. It also evokes cities and landscapes redefined with lomographic style and transformed into discolored images and cuts for the suggestive photographic effects. The collection tends bridges between the abstract and cubist forms of Italian novecentist art, the graphic vocabulary of the seventies and dense coloured brushstrokes that reflect a nature with a thousand faces, sometimes pale and hollow, other lush and joyful.
