1. Shipping costs

The prices of the products offered on the website do not include shipping costs.

The costs may vary depending on your place of residence and the offers and promotions that may exist at any given time. In any case, the following will apply:

Products whose deliveries require different delivery times will reflect such particularity in their description.

In shipments that are made to regions outside the European Customs Union, the recipient of the goods shall pay the import duties at destination.

All the orders admit partial deliveries and partial invoicing. The successive shipments that are made to meet the same order may be subject to shipping charges. Decoforhome will offer you the possibility to choose between waiting for the entire order to be complete or the possibility of receiving partial deliveries.

2. Delivery times

The delivery time of each product can be found both on the corresponding page and in the order confirmation.

If it is not possible to deliver the product purchased, Decoforhome will offer the possibility to cancel the purchase or purchase a product of similar characteristics.

If at the time of delivery, detect any disagreement with the product delivered, you must indicate it in writing on the delivery note and contact Decoforhome immediately through the address info@decoforhome.com.

Decoforhome shall not be liable for any errors incurred when providing the shipping address or the absence of the recipient in the address referred to.

3. Returns

You have the right to cancel the purchase of products purchased through the website up to 14 days after receipt of the goods without stating the reason except in cases where the right of withdrawal is not applicable indicated at the bottom of this section.

The steps to follow to make the return are as follows:

To ensure the returns process, all return forms must be accompanied by photographs of the product to be returned. Minimum 4 photos of how the product looks like. In the case of rolls of wallpaper, a photo of each end of the rolls, another photo of the whole rolls and the last one as it is packaged to be sent. Very important! The rolls must be in their original plastic wrapping and must not be damaged, torn or opened.

You must fill out the form that can be downloaded at the following link and send it to Decoforhome  to the following email address, info@decoforhome.com expressing their willingness to withdraw from the product purchased in Decoforhome .

Except in cases of delivery of damaged or defective goods, you will bear the cost of returning the products delivered. Returns should be sent to the address indicated by Decoforhome.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:

- Those products that, having been opened, used and / or do not retain their original seal or packaging may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

- Those orders that have been completely executed or when the execution has begun. This assumption will be applicable to the products produced under order, inexistence of stock and when the same one has begun.

- Those products that are manufactured according to the customer's instructions. This assumption will include products produced to order (products that are out of stock and are to be manufactured to order such as wallpapers, murals) as well as customized products (custom-made carpets, wall coverings, fabrics).

- Products that are returned incomplete or are part of a batch. This assumption will be applicable to those cases in which the product to be returned is incomplete because it does not include all its accessories or is part of a lot. You are only responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

It is very important that you take these instructions into account, since any return that is not carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in this clause cannot be processed and, consequently, will be rejected.

The amounts paid will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after Decoforhome receives the returned products, and alternatively since you have provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
