1. Shipping

The prices of the products offered on the website do not include shipping costs.

The costs may vary depending on your place of residence and the offers and promotions that may exist at any given time.

The products whose deliveries require different delivery times will reflect this particularity in their description.

The delivery of the goods will be made at the street level at the address indicated by the customer. In accordance with our delivery policy, we do not assume the obligation to move the products to the interior of the house or to upper floors. We appreciate your understanding and recommend that you take this information into account when planning to receive your order.

For deliveries to regions outside the European Customs Union, the recipient of the goods will be responsible for paying import duties at destination.

All orders can be delivered and invoiced in parts. Subsequent deliveries for the same order may be subject to shipping costs. El Mundo del Papel Pintado will offer you the possibility of choosing between waiting for the entire order to be completed or the possibility of receiving partial deliveries.

2. Delivery times

The delivery time for each product can be found both on the corresponding page and in the order confirmation.

If it is not possible to deliver the product purchased, El Mundo del Papel Pintado will offer you the possibility of cancelling the purchase or acquiring a product with similar characteristics.

If, at the time of delivery, you detect any disagreement with the product delivered, you must indicate this in writing on the delivery note and contact El Mundo del Papel Pintado immediately via the address info@ El Mundo del Papel Pintadoelmundodelpapelpintado.com.

El Mundo del Papel Pintado shall not be held responsible for any errors made when providing the delivery address or for the absence of the recipient at the aforementioned address.

3. Returns

You have the right to cancel the purchase of products purchased through the website up to 14 days after receipt of the goods without stating the reason except in cases where the right of withdrawal is not applicable as indicated at the bottom of this section.

In accordance with the current cancellation policy for ecommerce platforms, we give consumers a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of return, the amount will be credited to the same method of payment made, in transactions with SeQura.

The steps to follow to make the return are as follows:

To guarantee the return process, all return forms must be accompanied by photographs of the product to be returned. A minimum of 4 photos of how the product looks. In the case of rolls of wallpaper, one photo of each end of the rolls, another photo of the whole rolls and the last one as it is packaged for shipping. Very important! The rolls must be in their original plastic wrapping and must not be damaged, torn or opened.

You must fill in the form that you can download from the following link and send it to El Mundo del Papel Pintado at the following e-mail address, info@elmundodelpapelpintado.com expressing your wish to cancel the product purchased from El Mundo del Papel Pintado.

Except in cases of delivery of damaged or defective goods, you will bear the cost of returning the products delivered. Returns must be sent to the address indicated by El Mundo del Papel Pintado.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:

- Products which, because they have been opened, used and/or do not retain their original seal or packaging may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

- Those orders that have been fully executed or when execution has begun. This assumption shall be applicable to products produced to order, when there is no stock and when execution has begun.

- Those products that are made according to the customer's instructions. This assumption shall include both products produced to order (products that are out of stock and are to be manufactured to order such as wallpaper, murals) and customised products (made-to-measure carpets, wall coverings, fabrics)

- Products that are returned incomplete or form part of a batch. This assumption will be applicable to those cases in which the product to be returned is incomplete because it does not include all its accessories or is part of a batch. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

It is very important that you take these instructions into account, as any return that is not carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in this clause cannot be processed and will therefore be rejected.

The amounts paid will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt by The Wallpaper World of the returned products, or alternatively from the time you have provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
