Description:

This candle belongs to the Campanella collection, inspired by the old lacquer boxes of Japan. Urushi-nuri (漆塗) means lacquer-covered and refers to objects that, decorated with various techniques, were covered with sage extracted from the lacquer tree to increase the intensity of their finish and their resistance. This millenary technique has been the starting point for this collection with hand-engraved motifs representing the concentric waves produced when a drop falls on the serene water of a pond. These engravings will be protected forever by the application of a layer of varnish on the porcelain, which gives it its glossy finish. Contains 320 gr of natural wax.
