A splendid piece of great size and complexity, as fantastic as it is realistic: the reindeer are modelled and sculpted like real animals, and seem to jump and run on the clouds. The tiny fragments such as the reindeer's antlers or their feet, the sleigh's skates, the little toys, or even the little fur pompom on Santa's hat are all noteworthy. His facial expression is happy and smiling. It is worth noting the decoration on the sides of the sleigh, where the mistletoe motifs are mirrored with red balls on a dark brown and green background.
