Description:
Half woman, half goddess, the protagonist of this piece inspired by ancient mythology offers us a representation as beautiful as it is powerful of femininity. With a mixture of sensuality and mystical strength, this limited series of Haute Porcelain brings us back to that space reserved in the past for magic and freedom, feminine principles of exaltation of life to which the art of ancient civilisations has left us testimony. The colouring and decoration of the piece are inspired by the majesty of the peacock's plumage, through the application of different techniques, from enamels in various shades of green, blue and ochre, to the use of coloured varnishes and metallic lustre. The complex and brilliant interplay of shades and colour ranges culminates in the aged golden lustre that reinforces the sensation of nobility and solemnity that the figure inspires.
