Faithful porcelain reproduction of this tropical and exotic bird in classic glossy porcelain, but painted with glazes to achieve the strong colours of the natural feathers of this tropical bird. The glazes are used on large surfaces. For this reason it is probably one of the most intensely coloured and eye-catching pieces. The blue of the back feathers is unique in the assortment, as well as being a far cry from the ¿soft watercolour effect¿ of traditional classic Lladró porcelain. Almost life-size
