The Rubra design is made from large pieces of mulberry bark, inlaid by hand in a geometric pattern on a background with a subtle sheen. The irregular structure of the bark creates a unique and lively effect on the wall, while the natural fibres and different colour shades bring a sense of luxury and nonchalance. This design takes its name from Morus rubra, the red mulberry tree.
