This imposing elephant is part of the Origami collection. An animal that, when depicted with its trunk upwards, symbolises good luck, prosperity and victory. Like the rest of the sculptures in this series, it brings a contemporary and innovative vision of the traditional Japanese art of origami, in which the geometric shapes produced by the folds of paper are transformed into facets of great sculptural and decorative power. Elephant is decorated in an intense blue tone applied on matt porcelain.
